1. Consultation

• A consultation is required before any new hair extension installation.

• During the consultation, we will assess your hair, discuss your preferred method, length, colour, and volume, and provide an accurate quote.

• You will also receive advice on aftercare and maintenance to help keep your extensions in excellent condition.

2. Supply & Installation Options

• Salonique can supply the hair extensions (premium-grade hair sourced through our approved suppliers), or you may choose to bring your own extensions for installation.

• If you supply your own hair, please note that Salonique cannot guarantee quality, longevity, or compatibility of the hair provided.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required before we place an order for extensions.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.

• Deposits are non-refundable once hair has been ordered, as this stock is purchased specifically for you.

• We accept card, cash, or EFT payments. For EFTs, proof of payment (POP) must be sent to confirm your order or appointment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your installation appointment.

• Cancellations made after hair has been ordered will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you may be required to pay in full before rebooking.

5. Aftercare & Maintenance

• Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions.

• Your stylist will provide detailed aftercare instructions; failure to follow these may affect results and durability.

• Salonique is not responsible for damage or premature shedding caused by neglect, misuse of products, excessive heat, or poor maintenance.

6. Guarantee

• Extensions supplied and installed by Salonique are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 7 days from installation.

• This guarantee does not cover damage from incorrect aftercare, colouring, or external factors (e.g., swimming, heat styling, or product buildup).

7. Colour Matching

• Every effort is made to perfectly match your natural hair colour. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in lighting, natural tones, or supplier batches.

8. Removal & Reinstallation

• Removal and reinstallation services are charged separately.

• We recommend maintenance or refit appointments every 6–8 weeks depending on your hair type and the method used.

9. Refunds

• Hair extensions are considered custom orders and cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased or installed.

• If you experience an issue, please contact us within 3 days so we can assess and recommend a suitable solution.

10. Photos & Promotion

• With your permission, we may take photos of your finished hair extensions for use on our social media or website.

• You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
