1. Booking & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding booking.

• This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

• Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit and proof of payment have been received.

• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the wedding service.

   

2. Travel & Call-Out Fees

• All wedding services done on location are subject to a call-out and travel fee, calculated based on distance and time.

• Travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of quotation.

   

3. Accommodation for Distant Locations

If the wedding location requires our team to travel far or stay overnight,
accommodation will be required and will be for the bride’s account.
Accommodation arrangements can be made by the client or added to the final invoice by Salonique.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Deposits are non-refundable in all cases of cancellation, as your date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

• Any reduction in bridal party numbers within 14 days of the event may still be charged in full.

   

5. Trials & Consultations

Bridal hair and makeup trials are highly recommended and can be booked separately.
Trials allow us to perfect your desired look before your big day and ensure you are 100% happy with the results.

6. Payments

• We accept cash, card, and EFT payments.

• For EFT payments, proof of payment (POP) must be sent to confirm your booking.

   

7. Delays & Timing

Please ensure your bridal party is ready for styling at the agreed start time.
Delays may impact the schedule and could reduce the time available for services.

8. Responsibility & Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring all hair is clean and dry before styling,
and faces are clean and free of makeup before makeup application.
Additional preparation time may incur an extra charge.
