1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can start promptly.

• If you are running late, kindly let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may need to be adjusted to avoid delays for other clients.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• We do not charge a cancellation fee, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for us to assist other clients.

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

3. Payments

• We accept cash, card, and EFT payments.

• For EFT payments, please send your proof of payment (POP) to confirm your booking or finalize your service.

• All prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen vouchers unfortunately cannot be replaced.

5. Children in the Salon

We love welcoming families to Salonique!
Children are always welcome, but we kindly ask that parents or guardians supervise their children and ensure they are well-behaved during their visit — for everyone’s comfort and safety.

6. Refunds & Service Adjustments

• All services are non-refundable once completed.

• If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 days so we can assess and offer a suitable solution where possible.

• Products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in their original packaging.

7. Health & Safety

• Please inform your stylist or therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.

• We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

• For chemical or colour treatments, a patch test may be required at least 24 hours before your appointment.

8. Personal Belongings

While we take every care to provide a safe environment, Salonique Hair & Beauty Studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your items with you at all times.

9. Photos & Social Media

With your permission, we may take photos of your hair or beauty results for use on our social media pages or website.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.
All personal information collected is used solely for appointment management and communication.
We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

11. Updates to Our Terms

Salonique Hair & Beauty Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
